Khel Mahotsav 2015 – Rules and Regulations

Please carry a print out of the receipt at the venue on the event day.

By submitting the form you have agreed and bound to follow the rules and regulations of the events as below –

Rules and Regulations

1. Last date to submit the online or offline form is 15th November 2015. The receipt received after submitting the form has to be compulsorily carried at the venue on the day of the event.

2. A new form needs to be filled in for each sports you want to participate in.

3. Each participant can participate in maximum of 2 sports.

4. Please carry your own rackets for badminton competition.

5. Participant will be dis-qualified if he/she does not reports on time at the venue.

6. Participants need to take all the required information from the registration desk at the venue 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.

7. Please fill in the complete form with all correct details. Incomplete forms will be rejected.

8. Registration forms with incorrect / false details will be rejected.

9. Participants will be required to maintain sportsmanship at the venue during the entire event. Foul language and indiscipline will not be tolerated. Not obeying the Organizers and referees will lead to disciplinary action and dismissal from the event.

10. The referees decision will be final and binding.

11. Seva Samaj organizing committee’s decision will be binding to all participants.

12. Seva Samaj trust will not be responsible for any accidents during the event.

13. Please submit a copy of birth date proof for age verification with this form. (School leaving certificate, Birth certificate, Pan card, Passport are accepted as age proofs)
