Career guidance is the guidance given to individuals to help them acquire the knowledge, information, skills, and experience necessary to identify career options, and narrow them down to make one career decision. This career decision then results in their social, financial, and emotional well-being throughout.
Who can benefit from Career Guidance?
Students of Class 9th – 10th
Setting the basics right solves a lot of confusions that might arise later. Whether it is choosing the correct stream to the correct board, and mapping career goals, a right start at the right time makes all the difference.
Students of Class 11th – 12th
One chooses one’s stream out of the four possible options (non-medical, medical, humanities, commerce), however the career options possible for a student to opt for are more than hundreds. To make sure that the entire process from choosing the right career options to achieving those goals goes smoothly, it is important that one seek career guidance from an informed (and experienced) mentor (read: career guide)
Do I Need Career Guidance?
More often than not, people find themselves in a state of dilemma before making important decisions in their lives. Generally, everyone seeks advice from parents and friends before deciding on what to wear. Being rational individuals, people always want to get what’s best for them. Shouldn’t the same logic be applied while choosing a career, or changing career paths, which is supposedly a big decision one makes in one’s life?
The 16th Career Guidance Seminar (CGS) will begin on 14th April 2024 and will close with an in-person event on 9th June 2024 at Bhanushali Knowledge Center, Airoli.
The seminar will consist of two major parts / days
An Aptitude Test (designed by Career Experts).
This will be conducted in the online mode and students can take it from an internet connected computer or mobile device.
For students who are not able to take the test online from their homes, we are facilitating the same in offline mode at BKC Airoli.

The second part of CGS is Counselling Day which is again divided into 2 parts
Online One to one Counselling based on the Aptitude (Psychometric) Test conducted by Career Counsellor – To be conducted between 18th May to 15th June 2024
Counselling / Guidance provided by Bhanushali experts from various fields on 21st April / 9th June 2024.
Venue: BKC Airoli
The Bhanushali Expert guidance is a unique event and one which excites and benefits many students as they get real life experience about a career from a professional who are from the specific industry / field the student wishes to make a career in.
